  I had my blood collected this morning at the Budgewoi collection centre and from the moment i walked through the doors i was warmly welcomed.
  
  I have a terrible track record when having blood taken where i either faint or vomit. Kim was so genuinely empathetic and created a comfortable environment before the procedure took place. Kim put on some music, turned on the fan so i felt cool during the process and kept me calm with absolute ease. I can’t thank Kim enough. I have never felt so comfortable whilst having my blood taken.
  
  It really is the little things that contribute to a positive patient experience and Kim provided the definition of patient centred care. I truely believe that Kim is the reason i was able to walk out feeling so happy.
